The last few years I've been doing less consulting and more other things, including teaching at LSE, consumer affairs around Ofcom and OECD (through CSISAC), and dispute resolution for Nominet. But my interests in universal communications services persist, and have recently been fed by assignments in Bhutan and Iraq. Data issues now also loom large, especially in "X2C IoT" and telemarketing.
