The Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) has initiated the process for developing the Global Agenda on Cyber Capacity Building (GACCB). The primary objective of the GACCB is to identify global priorities in the field of Cyber Capacity Building, to be presented at the GCCS2017 in in New Delhi on 23-24 November 2017. In the Open Forum the outcome of the Global Agenda and the follow up will be presented and discussed with the audience.
The GFCE is a global platform for countries, international organizations and private companies to exchange best practices and expertise on cyber capacity building. Together with partners from NGOs, the tech community and academia, GFCE members develop practical initiatives to build cyber capacity.
